We are offering a service to support smoking cessation using Cytisine 1.5 mg tablets and Zyban® (bupropion) 150 mg prolonged-release tablets. These treatments are available to patients aged 18-65 (Cytisine) and 18+ (Zyban) who are motivated to quit smoking and meet the inclusion criteria, excluding those with hypersensitivity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, psychiatric disorders, or other contraindications.

• Cytisine is taken orally over 25 days, with a gradual reduction in dosage, and smoking should cease by the 5th day of treatment. Patients must be highly motivated and willing to set a quit date.

• Zyban is taken over 7-9 weeks, starting with 150 mg once daily for six days, then increasing to 150 mg twice daily. Patients should set a "target stop date" within the first two weeks of treatment.
